Episode Description:

As a wrap up to Season One on Say The Pain, we are joined by Seth Niccum to learn about the raw realities that come with Suicide. Seth takes us through the process of being at the place of discovery to going to school the next day to the funeral to the return to “normal life” all the while processing his grief and acknowledging the reminders that come.

It is his wish that he bring honor to his friend’s legacy while providing insight for others walking this road.
